[PLUG] OT?: loud hard drive

Josh,

My take? Who cares. This is definately not normal behavior for a hard
drive. Take it back.

If the retailer will not honor the purchase (some gentle but firm coaxing
directed toward the retailer may be necessary here) then get an RMA# from
the manufacturer. Ask about cross shipping.

If the manufacturer gives you any flack, simply put the phone to your
computer for a few moments. If he/she still offers flack, offer to do this
again.

Repeat as necessary.
