It's been a long time since I last used Slack, but the upgrade should
be able to handle it. Your partitions haven't changed, however you will
need to be able to tell it which partition is mounted where - i.e.
that /dev/hda1 is mounted on /, /dev/hda2 is /home, /dev/hdb1 is /tmp.
