[PLUG] DNS inside/outside configuration?

The only real drawback that I've come across using user-mode is the lack
of control over the user-mode by the host kernel. I can't figure out a
way to have the host shutdown the user-mode when the host gets the halt
or reboot command. I've also come across some issues with the clock and
PHP, but that shouldn't have any effect on a DNS server.
