One of the non-typical cases being if you've set up pub-key
authentication.   Has anyone actually spent the time reading through the
docs to figure out how to do this?  It's been far to the bottom of my
TODO list for a while.  It seems like the sort of things that's
straightforward once you find a step-by-step tutorial, rather than a
reference.
