Am not sure why you're suffering more spam at your secondary- are you
saying that the ISP's box is doing secondary MX?  Meaning you don't
administer that secondary mail server?

As for Postfix, my secondary mx is using all the same anti-spam tools that
the primary mx is using.  The only difference I can think of is a lack of
user accounts on the secondary which prevents rejecting mail based upon
unknown local user.  However even when that happens I think nobody
receives the spam, anyway.  Isn't there an option to not send
undeliverable mail to userx, for example?
