[PLUG] DNS problem maybe....

We change ISP a couple of months ago. We only notice the problem when some
of our users complained, that they cannot access the webmail. We can access
and view the page within our network. It is only our mail server that is
having problem, our web server is up and running.

If you had to change numbering addressing for your site is likely to be
broken for 24 to 48 hours after the change.  Remember to go to your domain
registrar and update the information about your site.  If it's your ISP how
easy, just check with them.  Update your domain registrar information,
update
your dns servers for your domain both private and public servers, and update
the ip assignments on your routers and gateways.  Your ISP should be able
to tell you shich number is the gateway.  Make sure your domain name
registar has updated the Internet whois databases to point to where your
name servers are now.  Remember that it takes usually 48 hours for that
change to kick in.  If your clients are looking for your nameserver in the
wrong place, they won't be able to connect.
