Here's a .fetchmailrc recipe:
	poll myserver with proto IMAP
	    user 'myuser' there with password 'password' is 'mylocaluser' here
	    folder blurfle

Also, there's a Tk program called "fetchmailconf" for writing .fetchmailrc.
