[PLUG] Top posting, post trimming, sig clipping and sig length.

I figure all of you folks who would be annoyed by this message already
don't like me, so I'm going to ask this publicly.

Can we please cut down on the top-posting and full-quoting?  It's harder
to read and makes for larger messages with lower useful content levels.

And what mail clients are you folks using that don't strip properly
delimitted signatures?

Here is one (1!) message to PLUG with only the USEFUL lines cut [no less
than four personal signatures (three greater than four lines apiece) and
FIVE copies of the PLUG footer]:

Just because the media handles discourtesy more gracefully than it did in
