You mean kweather?  It's not like there aren't free, even
government-provided weather sites providing accurate information for
most of the globe.  Off the top of my head, Environment Canada's
Weather Office (http://www.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/) and NOAA
(http://www.weather.gov/) are two fine examples.
