So, speaking of 2.6, I just installed Gentoo on my IBM R40, and for some reasons ACPI is not working.  When I compile for P4 I get seg faults on certain things, and when I compile for P3 it just locks up.

Any guesses what I'm doing, or should I just wait for test5
