Stream doesn't have call quotas (or didn't while I was there), though
Dick Thur found ways of making life unpleasant for everyone (like
telling me I could stash my $1100 bike behind the lobby couch one day
when I forgot my lock and then put it outside without telling me...one
of the security officers ran back to tell me that Dick was living up
to his name once again).
