[PLUG] Off-topic posts and GRASS

If you look, I believe the vast majority (80% or better) was on topic,
or at least had to do with Linux. 

Face it. PLUG is a high volume list. Not as high as some of the lists I
get, but it's up there. 

As with ANY high volume list, you will get some off topic content.

Since you are including that stuff in the "on topic" stuff, up my "on
topic" number to 90%.
