[PLUG] Blocking Banner Ads Cheaply

I googled for "list of ad servers" and got a bunch of useful-looking
matches.  The first one, http://pgl.yoyo.org/adservers/, looks quite
informative, tho written for Windows users.  In Linux, the hosts file is
/etc/hosts.
