Er... I'm sorry. I misread. If you specified it in ssh_config *as well
as* sshd_config, than yes, it's done automatically.

Just be sure you're talking about the ssh_config on the local  host
and the sshd_config on the remote host - changing both configuration
files on the local host won't get you anywhere, and changing both on
the remote host will still require -X on the local host...
