[PLUG] Openoffice question

Dear All:

I have created an MS word document using one of the templates
that come with MS Word (the resume template).

When I opened it with OpenOffice, with both the 1.0.2 and 1.1 version,
the document format is all messed up.  IT shows the grid of the template
and the texts could be in a different cell and all misaligned.

Is there a special way to open up MS Word document that was created
using an MS Word template?  Or is there just no way to read in a document
like that in OpenOffice?
