I know everyone hates "works for me" emails, but all those links do work 
for me. Every link got me to cal.*/week.php.  Maybe it's a browser 
problem.  I tried Mozilla 1.5 on Windows.

If you're checking the log, my IP address starts with 63.170.21*.
