Two Points! But here we have 'education' = PHB-speak for 'persuasion.' When
video 'pirates' of the Far East defeat copy protections it's because they
haven't been 'educated' to understand and accept that a DVD of a 110-min.
movie should 'logically' cost $34.99.  Locally, some would say that Measure
28 failed because the rural populations weren't 'educated' correctly.

Unfortunately, I'm not a programmer, but I'd think that the first step would
be to find a D/A->A/D converter which interposes itself somewhere along the
path, to preserve the anonymity of WHERE the signal goes thereafter - like to
my TV (when? how many times this month? That's "important marketing
information") or to another recording device which, although it remains
within Fair Use, is also 'off their radar screen.'
