[PLUG] How to indentify a computer on the network

now you all got me excited about solving the issue. I'm powering up the
laptop.
The problem started with it being misconfigured. It is requesting an ntp
server that doesn't exist and others are asking me to stop it. :-) But
no one knows where it is actually sitting. So I'm looking.
