[PLUG] anybody using this?

Nope. A lot of spammers forge their mail as being from hotmail, yahoo or AOL 
but Spamcop only looks at the actual IP address that connected to your mail 
server. Whatever spammers use as a return address or forged HELO or whatever 
isn't taken into account--only the connecting IP address.
