[PLUG] can't send mail, what's this entry

I've installed squirrelmail on a local RH 8.0 server, it 
seems to work fine, but the mail isn't actually sent.

Feb 13 15:12:16 mail imapd[953]: Command stream end of file, 
while reading line user=mike host=mail.oregonlimo.com 
[209.210.228.82]

That's the only odd thing that shows up in log files.

Have I missed something somewhere?
