[PLUG] can't send mail, what's this entry

Here's my current (unchanged) section of /etc/php.ini:

; File Uploads ;

file_uploads = On
; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not

It looks like that's already there. Darn, that would have been easy to do.
