This generally comes from one of the UCE filters.

The fqdn is the host.domain.tld rather than just the host name. For
example, here the mail server's FQDN is salmo.appl-ecosys.com and not just
salmo. When I installed postfix as a replacement to sendmail this tripped me
up for a few minutes.

Postfix wants the fqdn of the mail server when it's installed. Most of us
have the 'hostname' parameter set to only the host name. Check 'man
hostname' and you'll see how to set it to the fqdn for postfix installation
and set up. Once postfix is up and running, re-run hostname and set the
machine back to the host-only name.

  See above.

Type 'uname -n' on your mail server box and it will return the host name
of that machine. The FQDN that postfix seeks is <hostname>.vafamsound.com.
