XO Communications is a Telecom company that specializes in Business Voice
and Data.  We almost went with them for our voice and data needs until they
declared bankruptcy last year, reorganized and then were bought out by a
Mexican telecom company.  They've got a ton of infrastructure especially
here on the west coast.

I got a meg of logs last night filled with 208.176.253.98 (XO
Communications)
trying to relay mail through me. The names of the sites they forged were
literally
all over the map.

I seem to remember something about the company, but I don't remember what it
was.
Are they known spammers, or people who care that they may have been
breached?
