[PLUG] Netscape vs Mozilla

I've been using Netscape 7.0 instead of Mozilla because of plugin support. 
The one thing I really liked better about Mozilla is that you could block
popups.  To my delight I just discovered that if Netscape and Mozilla are
using the same config directory (~/.mozilla) then you can turn off popups in
Mozilla (Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Scripts & Plugins->Open Unrequested
Windows) and the feature carries over to Netscape.  In the prefs.js file the
line is:

user_pref("dom.disable_open_during_load", true);

I wonder who forced Netscape to leave that feature off of the setup menu?
