[PLUG] Screen Resolution problem with CYCAS

Just a thought, but sometimes when I fun things at lower resolutions, I can't see 
the window edges. It's really annoying when I put X on a machine with an old 
video card. 1024x768 seems to be the absolute lowest that works.
