  DSL is a service between your house and your ISP. You are free to select
whomever you want to connect you to the 'Net.

  There used to be a dslreports Web site. They can tell you who's where.

  Local to the Portland/Vancouver area are Aracnet, EasyStreet, DSL-only and
perhaps a couple of others that haven't been sold or folded. Other folks
here will chime in with their favorites.
