92.168.0.0 is almost certainly being pulled into an initialization script
as a variable.  Based on her earlier posts, I am guessing that it's a
value of the NETWORK she is on.

My hypothesis is that one of her ethernet cards is not a trusted device
and iptables is whining that her firewall is blocking one of the devices,
probably eth1.
