[PLUG] Mouse Wheel

I just bought a USB Logitech Optical Mouse for my lap top and
am trying to get my wheel to work.  Here is what I have attempted
to it to work.  I am not having any luck.  The wheel still does not work.

From:   /usr/X11/XFConfig:
