[PLUG] Comcast: Static IP

I already have that with MyDomain.com. I signed up before they started
charging, so I still have a free account. If I signup w/ NoIP, I will have
to pay the same as with DynDNS because I need a Domain to be forwarded, not
just a sub-domain..
