[PLUG] Comcast: Static IP

Agreed. We cannot get any other broadband, so I am stuck sitting on this
cable line that cannot be used to it's potential..

Does anyone know if Comcast has yet put transfer caps on networks? I'm sure
that will come sometime.. :(
