[PLUG] Linux-friendly Laptops On EBay?

One option is Dell Financial Services - they sell refurbished laptops on 
eBay, without an OS. Most of them are P3's, but I think you can get a 
better processor if you aren't in too much of a hurry. And DVD's are 
standard with a lot of them.
