I have the same problem with a SonicWall box at work -- large files
(e.g. Linux
and OpenOffice distros) progress to a certain point and hang. I suspect

might be a time or size (N bytes or packets) limit on how long a TCP
connection
entry may be kept in the firewall's state table.
It's only an annoyance, because the *real* firewall (and VPN router) is
a RedHat box doing iptables(8). But if anyone can shed some light on this
problem, I would certainly appreciate it.
