Your email came in as GregE <nospam at nospam.com> and it looks like you
posted the response on the news site.

This causes the admins to approve the list.  This is not a great thing. 
Please if you are posting post with a legit address.  If it is a spam
only address, subscribe it, and set it to "no mail."
