[PLUG] Portland Co-Lo's

Hi,
    I am trying to figure out where to put my server for co-lo. I am
currently looking at a rack in Texas, because they are much cheaper. I need
between120GB/month to 200GB/month of transfer, and my current quotes have
been between $799 and $1250 for Portland-based locations. I have found one
for $250, but they don't reply to emails, which is always a concern.. If
anyone can help with where to go to look for a co-lo, please post!!
