[PLUG] Emaill passwd and username recovery

[Billy Dimaculangan]

i would like to do this for username and passwd maintenance only.  users are
complaining to me that i always give new paswwd whenever they ask for me for
their forgotten passwd(which i think is not my fault).

What legitimate reason do you have for doing this?

I for one won't spoonfeed directions to someone trolling for methods
to glean passwords. Regardless of your motives, you would do well to
read up on ORS 164.377
