[PLUG] RH8.0 FTP up/down with AS400

We have been having some connection problems with the AS400 attempting to
download files on our system. They get an AS400 FTP error 451 which is about
as informative as a MS error code, (error on local file)!
We think it might be a filesystem type of problem but not really sure.
So, has anyone ran into this before?
