Disregard me previous comment about cached debian packages clogging your
hard drive. apt-get caches live under /var, and it looks like you got
more than enough space there. :-)

Root partition is getting a bit cramped, though. If I were you and had
time to kill, I'd consider swapping the root and tmp partitions. I can't
imagine you'll ever need 5 gig of tmp space.

I've heard it said that keeping the root partition towards the beginning
of the drive is best for performance (faster access of inner tracks,
supposedly). This always struck me as pointless hare-splitting.
Comments, anyone?
