We sort of like them. Tripwire Inc. puts most of its resources behind the 
commercial version, which has a lot of features we'll never see in the free 
edition. Like management and administration utilities. There are people in 
the company who see no value in supporting the free version, or in giving 
anything away. (I have a friend who works there) They've suffered like 
everyone from the recession. However they continue to support the free 
version.

Remember that 'free' means liberty, not free of cost, but that's mostly 
forgotten in favor of 'freeloader' er I mean 'free beer'.
