[PLUG] Installing Mozilla from .tar.gz file

I wanted to play with the newest Mozilla, so I downloaded the
latest .tar.gz file and stuck it where it wouldn't interfere
with our default install:

/design/nwdc/libs/usr/local/mozilla

Then I copied the start-up script to 

/design/nwdc/libs/usr/local/bin

I can start mozilla where I unpacked it, but not if I call it
from /design/nwdc/libs/usr/local/bin (which is in my path).

Any ideas as to what I need to do to make it happy?
