[PLUG] HTTPD Question

I have a web server running at home using Apache.  I have not been able
to get the service to start automatically when I boot.  All the
documentation points to having httpd started using ntsysv.  The problem
is that I don't have an httpd service sitting on the computer.

I'm running red hat 7.3.  What do I need to do to get the apache server
to start on boot and/or how do I get the httpd service so that I can use
ntsysv to start up the service?
