Boeing surplus is fairly good, but the pickings can range from weird (bins
full of 8" tires ), to full size plotters, Macs, the odd RS6000 CAD
workstation etc. I didn't think the prices were as low as I thought they
should be, but they are still pretty cheap for most stuff. You can also
pick up some very interestingly shaped bits of aircraft-grade aluminum
while you are there :-)

Seattle City Surplus is good if you can find it. I've picked up several
(10+) Pentium 133 machines for $5 each w/video, RAM, CDROM, HD, floppy
etc. I.e. all working. When I bought 5 machines, they let me carry away
as many PCI and ISA network cards as I could find. They've also got a lot
of laser printers. I picked up a fully functional HP 4MV (prints up to
11"x17") for $30. How much and what they have varies a lot.

They rarely have anything exotic, but for a firewall or spare parts, it's
pretty good. They often have office equipment too, like copiers.

Best,
Kyle
