[PLUG] using proxy to transform pages

I have some webpages I visit regularly that
I have written a perl parser for. Given the url, it 
grabs it, parses it, and spits out another more useable
webpage for my consumption.
Is it possible to set up a proxy that watches for
pages coming back from this particular set of pages,
runs my parsing script and passes the transformed
page on to me? For all other pages it should just 
let them through unchanged.
