[PLUG] Using RedHat's Up2Date to update my kernel

I've done an up2date operation on my kernel under RedHat 8 on a little P200
with a DSL feed. It worked WAY too fast to be a kernel recompilation! I'm
confident it's merely downloading a new binary image of the kernel.
