[PLUG] Making X Disappear the Mouse Pointer

Just wondering if this is possible. One thing I miss from my Mac days
is the way the mouse pointer would disappear as soon as there was
any keyboard activity. I would think this shouldn't be too difficult
to implement with X, but then I have no deep understanding of how it
works. Are cursors entirely the domain of the application that's got
the current focus? Anyone? Anyone?
