[PLUG] Notebook battery status with acpi: SOLVED!

  I solved the problem of determining the remaining battery life on the new
notebook with acpi and no apm: bootstat. It's a clever little utility that
does work quite nicely. The tarball is all of 80k if anyone wants a copy.
Stuff like this would do well on the PLUG Web site, no?
