I haven't ever been to a key-signing party, and haven't signed very many
keys...

To sign a key, we just need to know that you're the owner of the key in
question and that you are who you say you are.  I don't know what folks
constitute showing proof of identity these days - the DMV needs what, a
piece of picture ID and two pieces of non-picture ID?  Is that
overkill?  Suppose we could google to see what's standard.

After we've decided it's definitely you, we can all just individually
sign the key you tell us is your own.  I'll be able to do it right there
on the spot and upload the signature then, too.  A printed-out key
fingerprint should be good, I think.

Anybody out there ever signed a bunch of keys?
