Fedor,

  I know too many winduhs users who know absolutely nothing about their
computers or softwre. They cannot follow explicit, step-by-step instructions
to turn off html formatting or other simple things.

  I ascribe this attitude to Microsoft selling the idea that "it just works"
and you don't have to know anything to use it. Sigh.
