Perhaps my biggest gripe with Outlook is that there is no simple way to
make it conform to bottom-posting & putting the greater-than signs along
the left-hand side; believe me, I've looked & asked Windows weenies who
should know, but Clippy ain't helpful. And it's infuriating to me
because it's just one more demonstration that MS thinks they know what
is best for me, & are making me do it their way. To paraphrase Lily
Tomlin, they've made over eight billion dollars from their software last
quarter; they don't have to care.
