[PLUG] Database E-R design tools

  I've just looked on freshmeat.net and the only two CASE tools for database
design are a year or two since the last news on their home pages. I'm
looking for a tool that will allow me to set up a database schema by drawing
entities and relationships and then produce the sql that can be used by
PostgreSQL.

  Anyone have suggestions?
