One further recommendation I'd pass along is that they use Eudora or
Pegasus instead of Outlook. Just doing that has blocked 95-99% of all
viruses on my wife's Win 98 laptop.

(Once I'd say 100%, but somehow an infector virus managed to get into
her computer, & I had to spend a few hours cleaning it up. I'm still
amazed to find that one got onto her computer.)
